    Now, coming back to your question, it's possible that the data has not been synced to the Jotform server for that specific submission. Have you tried syncing your account with your Jotform mobile app? You can try it by doing the following steps:

    1. In the Jotform App on the related mobile device, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
    2. Next, tap on the Sync Your Data option.
