Asignar la finalización de un formulario parcialmente llenado

requerimos que un formulario que es llenado por una persona y le llega a otra a través de correo de notificación, esta empieza a editarlo para completar la información del formulario, pero esta segunda persona no puede ir guardando parcial, no le sale el botón de guardar.

De otra forma, nos gustaría saber como hacer que una persona diligencie parcialmente un formulario y luego lo asigne a otra y esta segunda pueda ingresar desde la App del formulario y lo continue diligenciando, ya que a través de la App del formulario, si puede ir guardando borradores.

Como podremos hacer que usuarios compartan formularios para que se complemente información, y ellos puedan ir guardando parcialmente borradores?

Now, coming back to your question, when sharing the form with the Draft Link, the second person will be able to edit the form and the Save Button is available. Please take note that the first person should not be logged in to a Jotform account when filling in the form or it will require a log in. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

los numerales 1 a 3 los diligencia una persona, luego mediante correo de autorespuesta llega a una segunda persona (según el correo q se indique en el campo 1.6 Email SUPERVISOR - INSPECTOR), esta segunda persona diligencia de los numerales 4 en adelante. Nos pasa que al estar diligenciando por temas de conexión a internet, se les cierra el formulario y se pierde lo que han avanzado. Entonces cuando realizamos los formularios desde la App, esta nos permite ir guardando borradores y se recupera en caso de desconexión. Nos interesa saber si desde la app una persona puede iniciar un formulario y luego otra persona desde su app continuarlo llenando y pueda guardar borradores, o desde la app la primera persona iniciar llenando y cuando llegue el correo a la segunda persona, esta lo edite y pueda seguir llenando y guardando borradores según vaya avanzando.

We have a Continue Forms Later feature that will let someone start to fill out a form, and then save it as a draft so they can complete it later. It's easy to use, you just need to enable it. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open the Jotform Mobile app and go to the Forms menu.
2. Choose the form you want to enable the feature for and tap on Edit.
3. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Settings and then tap on Form Settings.
4. Tap on Show More Options to expand the list. Scroll down to Continue Forms Later, and set it to Enabled.

Now, anyone filling out your form can save it as a draft and finish filling it out it later.
