    Hi OCyT,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, to find or print the codes for your Spreadsheet to Form widget, you'll need to access the actual spreadsheet file itself that was uploaded to the widget. Unfortunately, the Spreadsheet to Form widget doesn't allow you to retrieve or download the uploaded spreadsheet file directly from the widget itself. You'll only be able to see the name of the file you've uploaded. Let me show you how to check the name of the Spreadsheet file:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Wand icon of the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
    2. Under the General tab, you'll see the uploaded Spreadsheet file name.

Where to find the code that is used for Spreadsheet to form widget? Image 1 Screenshot 20You'll need to locate the original file on your computer. The codes you're looking for should be in that spreadsheet file.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Yes, I can use those codes in the spreadsheet. My question is how do I generate these codes so that they can be sent to an email and allow you to fill out the form. Note the form was not made by me.

    Hi OCyT,

Please note that the codes used to populate data to the form can't be generated but are already pre-made and stored in the spreadsheet file uploaded to the Spreadsheet to Form widget. Since the form was not created by you, you may need to contact the form owner to get a copy of that spreadsheet file. The file should contain all the codes necessary to fill out the form. You can also check this guide here for more information.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

If I have access to the sheet, create new records in the sheet, generating new codes. But when filling out the new codes directly on the sheet, they are not validated in the form. Is it that bases are managed from the file?

How could I check if bases are managed or does each form have its own base?

    Hi OCyT,

Keep in mind that if new codes are added to the spreadsheet, you must re-integrate your spreadsheet with your widget.
