Cómo enviar un formulario a 25 personas para que mi uso esté dentro del límite del plan inicial.

Deseo crear un solo formulario que sera enviado mensualmente hasta unas 25 personas maximo. Siempre utilizare ese formulario o en se defecto, podria agregar o quitar preguntas en ese mismo archivo creado.

Mi pregunta es, como tendre que enviar ese archivo a 25 personas, eso estaria contando como 25 usos mensuales, estaria bien? entonces podria mantener siempre una cuenta gratuita

Now, coming back to your question, If I understand your question correctly, you want to create a form and send it to 25 people so that your usage remains within the monthly account limits? You can build your form and share it with the number of people you want to fill out it with. You can grab the form's direct URL and share it with people from your email client. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Then, click on the Copy Link and share it with people.

You can also take advantage of our Share on Email feature to send the form URL to the users. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and choose the Share on Email option.

3. In the Email Tab, the Email Content box will show the form's Direct URL. You can customize the message that you would like to share with the users.

4. In the Recipients tab, you can add the email addresses of the user in to whom you want to send the form in the To text box, and then click on the Send button.

You also mentioned that you can add or remove field in your form as required. I would suggest you to not delete the form field as it will also delete the associated submissions of that field. Instead of deleting the field, you can hide it. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, select the form field, and click on Gear icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on the Advanced tab, and then enable the Hide button to ON.

If you share the form with 25 people and only those 25 people submits your form, your submission usage will be within the limits of the Starter plan.

The Jotform's Starter plan has monthly limits that include 100 submission, 10 payments, 10 sign documents, 100 MB of upload space, and 1000 form views apart from other limits. Please check Jotform's pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits.
