Hi jotformcial,
Thanks for using Jotform. If a Captcha appears on form submission, our anti-spam system triggers it. This happens when our systems detect that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.
To fix this, you can wait around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP Address to submit your form again. Or, we can whitelist your form if you share the form URL with us, just keep in mind that this is only possible if your account remains with a paid plan. If you go back to a free Starter plan, we won't be able to whitelist your forms to avoid the Captcha.

Hi,
I have 4 gold accounts with 4 identical surveys, and in 3 the CAPCHA appears at the end of the surveys. It was activated automatically, because only a couple of people use it by answering it several times. Please deactivate the CAPCHA in these 3 surveys.

I have already whitelisted the three forms you shared. The Captcha should not appear anymore. I have whitelisted your account and forms again, you shouldn't face this issue anymore. If the issue still persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Then, we will escalate this issue to our developers so they can take a look at it for you.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
