To make an editable field appear when the user chooses the option “other”, we'll need to choose a setting in the Multiple Choice element. It's very easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements on the top left of the page.
2. Select the Multiple Choice element to insert it in your form.
3. Now, inside the element in your form, click on Add "Other" Option.

And that's it. When users select this option, they will have the option to write a different answer than the ones on the form. Here's an example.
