Jotform App Builder: Unable to insert image in the paragraph element

Hola muy buenas, en una aplicación creada, no me deja subir imágenes y tampoco se me guardan las modificaciones que realizo, como pueden ser colores de texto o ponerlas en negrita.

El equipo de desarrolladores han trabajado en ello, ya que lo habían escalado y ya lo han solucionado. Por mi parte, también he podido subir una imagen en un formulario nuevo. ¿Podríais comprobar de nuevo si estáis teniendo este error? Si podéis enviadnos una captura de pantalla con lo que os sucede o una imagen de los registros de Consola. Sería de gran ayuda que nos enviaras el link del formulario también para así comprobarlo.

Buenas, me sigue pasando lo mismo, texto si que me deja introducir, pero en el momento que quiero insertar una imagen se me reinicia y aparece como si no hubiese subido nada.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, going back to the issue. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you're getting the issue on the Jotform App Builder. I tested with one of my App, and I had no problem uploading an image within the builder.

Could you try with another browser and see if it helps? If the issue still persists, please share with us a screenshot of the browser's console logs while trying to upload an image. You can follow the guide on How to Get the Console Report of most common browsers.

I tested again, and I was able to replicate the issue this time. The issue seems to happen only when on the paragraph element. I've gone ahead and escalated this to our Developer team so they can further check it. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

In the meantime, you can take advantage of the paragraph's source code to insert an image. You can use the HTML tag <img src="imageurl">. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the App Builder, edit the Paragraph element.

2. Next, click on the Source Code icon.

3. Then, use the image tag format below to insert an image.

<img src="https://imageurlgoeshere.com" width="200" height="200">

In the src attribute of the image tag, you will need to specify the image address of the file, so the image must be hosted online. You can play around with the width and height attribute, until you're satisfied with the result.
