    Bonjour j’ai souscrit à l’offre gratuite pour 100 soumissions/mois, je n’ai signé que 5 ou 6 contrats. Comment se fait-il que je puisse plus faire signer de contrats?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Getting back to your question, as I checked your account, you have reached the limit for Signed Documents (10/10), so you don't have an issue with the 100 submissions limit. You can always check our Pricing page to learn about your limits, and if the Free account isn't enough for you, you can always Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
