    Buena tarde. Me encontraba creando un formulario para la autorización de uso de tarjetas de crédito; supongo me bloquearon porque almacenan dichos datos pedidos, por favor desbloquearme para poder ajustar el formulario y no pedir directamente por el formulario los datos personales de la tarjeta.

    Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named FORMATO AUTORIZACION TC MUNDITUR SAS that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature. 

    If you’ll agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can lift the suspension on your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
