    Hi ReclamalooTeam,

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood well your request, keep in mind that any data will only be stored in your submissions table, when users submit the form, clicking on the Submit button at the end of the page. That said, let's analyze your second request.

If you'd like users to first provide just their main details, like for example their contact information, along with their signature, you could proceed as follows:

    1. From the Widgets list, search for Get Form Page URL and add the widget to your form.

    2. Now, let's create a Show/Hide Field condition, to make only the contact details field and the signature field appear on the form, when it's being filled out for the first time. To do so, we need to create the following condition:

Basically, on the condition above we're making all the extra fields visible only when the form is being resumed. If the form is being opened for the first time instead, all the extra fields will stay hidden, and only the contact details and signature fields will appear.

    3. Now, we need to allow users to resume the filling out process. To do so, we need to create a new Autoresponder Email, and add the Edit link to the body of the email, as shown below:

    4. Now, we need to make an important change on the other Autoresponder Email, which is already present on your form. From the Advanced tab, change the first option Send Email Automatically to "When a submission is edited", as shown below:

The form will work in this way:

You can clone my demo form if you'd like to inspect it deeper.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi! Well, this is not actually what we need.
If you take a look on our form we need some way to store the user email when they put it in the form. This is because if at some point the user just leaves and does not submit the form... we need at least their email to be able to try to make them send all the info and get a new client, if that make sense.
If at some point we get their email, we can always try to reach them to try to get a new lead.

The ideal thing to do is putting the signature after they put the email.. name.. etc... and then generate a PDF with the agreements.. and then continue with the form. That will be the best option. Is kinda what you sugest on your demo form... but in the midle of the general form if that make sense. Instead of clicking send when they put the signature.. the form has to generate a PDF with the agreement and then continue with the actual form. And when they finish the form.. they get the actual PDF with all the data.
    Thanks

    Hi ReclamalooTeam,

Unfortunately, generating a PDF in the middle of filling out the form is not supported by Jotform because PDFs are typically generated upon submission. As a workaround, we can split the form into two parts and you can implement the prefill feature with the data from another form. We also have a guide about How to Prefill a Form With Data from Another Form that you can check out.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
