    En este momento me han realizado un rebajo de un plan de forma automática, sin ser autorizado, me podrian ayudar con la devolución del dinero, y pasarme al plan gratutito.

    Now, coming back to your question, your Jotform subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. But, you can cancel your subscription or downgrade to a Starter plan at any time. As requested, I have cancelled your subscription and refunded the amount of $39.00 since you qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee as stated in our terms of use. The amount should reflect to your account within 7-10 business days, your account is now back to our Starter (Free) Plan.
