Cálculo de datos

Buenas tardes, tengo una tabla de entrada de datos. La misma le pude crear una condición para que me sume unos valores específicos. Más adelante existe una pregunta númerica y quiero crear una condición que si esa nueva pregunta es menor a la suma que ya hizo en la pregunta previa no pueda continuar. Es posible?
