    Deseo conocer, si ustedes disponen de un back up de toda la información que ingresa a través de los formularios de nuestra cuenta Jot Form

    de ser así, este back up de la información por cuanto tiempo está disponible? y que capacidad de almacenamiento existe?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, Jotform offers several backup methods besides the storage of the data after submission.

    1. You can use some of our integrations to back up the data on another platform. You can integrate your form with Dropbox to send the data with just one click from the Jotform Tables. You can also integrate your form with Google Drive to automatically send the data there after submission.
    2. Use our Export Data feature so you'll have a copy of all your forms as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files, all in a single ZIP file. 
    3. We have a Backup tool that you can use to manually back up your data.

    Your current plan allows you to store 25,000 submissions. Exceeding this limit deletes the oldest form entry to make room for the new submission. You can check this guide to understand your usage and limits.
