jotform tengo un formulario que funciona de la siguiente manera con flujo de aprobación: un usuario llenar un formulario de permiso, y declara su correo electrónico para que se adjunte un pdf de respuesta ósea el formulario lleno, el flujo de aprobación se activa con el correo del Jefe inmediato donde presenta las opciones aprobar y rechazar, mas la solicitud de la firma, si este es aprobada se envía el pfd con la autorización del jefe inmediato, y este debe de aprobar, sen enviara a los 3 correos el pdf del formulario autorizado

Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about your approval flow? Because the PDFs will only be sent if the results are denied. So, if the approver clicks "deny" in the approval email, the PDF will be issued at that moment.
