El logo no aparece en mi formulario.

    Cuando envio el formulario no sale el logo, hice los ajustes al logo, al enviarlo salia el logo y ya no sale.

    Que pasa?

    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If so, I checked and tested your form and the log is showing there. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:

    I've cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please try it again and let us know how it goes? However, if that's not the form you're referring to, can you please share with us the form link so that we can better assist you?

    Yes, but when I share the form the logo do not appears in whatsaap, that my point.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form, and I was able to replicate the issue, so I created a ticket and forwarded it to our developers.
