En pocos meses se cumple el año de mi plan y no lo deseo renovar, por lo cual quiereo estar seguro que no exista ningun metodo de renocaion automatica.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can stop the auto-renewal of your subscription by canceling it. Your subscription won't be impacted, and it will be finished on schedule. You can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on your avatar/profile picture located in the top right corner of your page and click on Settings.
- Click the Billing tab in your left-side menu, then click on the Change Plan button.
- Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
There will be a new window with information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions so that the renewal will not continue on the next billing cycle. Your account will still remain on paid status for the period you paid for.
