    Buenos días,

    Conocemos que nuestro plan es limitado por la cantidad de submissions por mes, sin embargo, hemos alcanzado el máximo permitido a falta de 2 días para que finalice el mes.


    Quisiera saber si existe la posibilidad de reestablecer el servicio de alguna forma, para que la afectación en nuestro negocio sea la menor posible.


    Quedo atento a las soluciones que nos puedan brindar.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can increase your form limits for free in your settings by completing tasks. Let me show you how:

    • On My Forms page, click your avatar at the top right side of the page, then click on Settings.

    • Click the Increase Limits button on the left menu.
    • Then you may proceed with the tasks to increase your limits.

    If the additional limits are not enough, you will have to wait for the limit to reset, or upgrade your account to a higher plan.
