Upgrade account: When is next renewal

Buenas tardes,

Necesitamos aumentar el plan a plata debido a que estamos trabajando con mas de 100 firmas de consentimiento mensual.

La pregunta es, si hoy estamos al dia 29 y decido mejorar el plan y voy a pagar 49$ luego el proximo pago seria para el 28/02 y asi sucesivamente, es decir, que desde hoy en un mes pago la proxima mensualidad?

O si pago hoy 28/01 el nuevo plan 49$ , el 02/02 debo pagar de nuevo la mensualidad ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

If you upgrade today, that'll be a whole new Plan, so your next due date will depend on the day you upgraded, and should be a start of a new count again for your next renewal. So, if you upgrade on the 29th, your next billing will be on the 29th day of next month.
