Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to adding multiple photos to your form? If so, yes, it's possible even with a Free account. Otherwise, if you meant form submitters can upload multiple photos to your form, then you can use the File Upload element:

What you want to consider though is the storage limit of the free account, as every submission with attachments can fill up your file storage faster.
