Does the response limit refer to the 500 submissions?

Now, let me help you with your question. For Starter (Free) plan, you can receive up to 100 submissions per month. Your limits reset either on the first day of each month, or on the date when your account was created. If you reached your monthly limits, you can either wait for the limits to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan. You can check your monthly reset date in your Account Settings. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Photo/Avatar, and select Settings.
2. Go to Usage to see when your monthly limits reset.

Also, the 500 submissions limit you asked about is your total submission storage for all the submissions made on all your forms. This limit doesn't reset every month. If you reached this limit, the oldest submissions on your forms will be deleted automatically to free up space for the incoming submissions.

That means that if I create 5 forms, I can have 100 submissions per form, making it 500 total submmisions. Is that correct?

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, the 100 submission limit per month is for all of your forms, not per form. The 500 Total Submission Storage is the number of submissions that can be stored on your account, and that's for all the submissions made on all your forms. The 100 Monthly Submission limit resets every month, while the 500 Total Submission Storage doesn't.
