Thank You Page not working.

    the thank you page is not sending. Please help with this. Thanks

    Regarding the thank you page not showing after submission, please check your form's settings in the Form Builder under the Settings tab, then Thank You Page option. Ensure that you have either set it to show a Thank You page or redirect to an external link correctly. If you are using the Classic Form layout, you can customize or set the Thank You page there. If your form is in Card Layout, the process is slightly different.

    Form works fine. I can't delete the USD field.

    I cloned your form and tested, but everything worked properly, and I did see a thank you page. Can you walk me through what’s happening so I can get a better picture of things?

    If In understood correctly, you want to setup a thank you email for those who sign up, is that right? Yes, you can add an email element and set that as the recipient email. A quick setup is all you need—here’s how:

    1. Go to Form Builder and select Build
    2. Choose Add Element and drag the Email element wherever you want on your form
    3. Go to Settings and open the Emails menu, then click Edit on Autoresponder 1
    4. Select Recipients, and choose your new Email field in the Recipient Email dropdown, then hit Save
