Change Email recipient depends on user's input

Mencionan que no puede haber más que un solo usuario-administrador. En todo caso, digamos, que sea una aplicación de una escuela para que le llegue la información a distintos profesores, ¿es posible que el resultado de un formulario vaya al correo o celular de una persona en especial?

Otro ejemplo, una app para un consultorio médico. Que la app brinde la opción para contactar a distintos especialistas. Uno le da a uno en específico, y ese formulario le llegue específicamente a especialista. ¿Es posible eso?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are trying to create an App where the user fills it out and then after submitting the form, the correct department will be notified. Yes, this is possible using our Change Email Recipient Condition. But, you will need to create this condition in a Classic Form and then Convert that form to an app because App Forms do not have the option to add conditional logic.
