Is there a way for a form to be approved by the people who receive notifications?

Also, is there a way for a form to be approved by the people who receive notifications? This is also for the absence form; the principal has to approve the request and we would like to have that integrated into the form if possible.

It's a bit more complicated than that. I saw there are conditional if/else aspects we can add as well. If a high school teacher fills in the form it has to go to that principal and if an elementary teacher fills in the form it goes to a different principal. I tried the if/else but I'm not sure I did it correctly.

Thanks for patiently waiting. You can follow these steps to send an approval email to a specific principal (elementary/highschool):

• Add the fields you want to your form and a Dropdown field with Highschool, and Elementary options.

• Add an Email Field for displaying the email of the principal.

• Add two Update/Calculate Field conditions to populate the Email field we have added for the principal email address. Do this on both high school and elementary principals.

• On your Approval, change the Approver Email to the Email field where the principal email is reflected. To do that, please click the Form Fields link beside the Approver Email label.

After doing so, please send a test submission on your form and check if this fits your requirement.
