Our product builder in the payment field does not currently have an import feature. I'm afraid you will have to create one product at a time in the payment settings. I'll also escalate this as a feature request so you will be informed here once this is implemented in the future.

As an alternative, if you do not want to create one product at a time, you can use the Multiple Choice field as your product field so you can paste all your product items as options at once then you can perform calculations later. I would not recommend this workaround though if you require multiple product options e.g. quantities in each of your products as it would be too complex to calculate them.

    Here's an example:

And here's what you need to do after that:

    1. Assign calculation value in each of the checkbox options so you can use it for calculation in the next step. Guide: How to Assign Calculation Value

    2. Perform calculation e.g. calculate the number of selected products. Guide: How to perform calculation in the form

    3. After that, pass the total calculation to your payment field How to pass a calculation to a payment field.

    Hi txtemple.org

You asked—we delivered. We’re excited to share that Product Import is now live! In a few quick steps, you can now easily import products directly into the Product List in a few different ways. Here’s how to get started:

    1. In Form Builder, select your Product List and then click on the Shopping Cart icon.
    2. In the Product List Settings menu on the right, click on Import. Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 1 Screenshot 70
    3. In the Import Products window that opens, select the platform you want to import your products from: CSV/Excel, PDF, Image, or Shopify (in this example, we used CSV/Excel). Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 2 Screenshot 81
    4. Drag and drop your file into the File Upload area. Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 3 Screenshot 92
    5. It’ll automatically map your file’s fields to Product Fields. To change a mapping, click on the Downward Arrow under XLSX Fields to select a column or the X icon to delete it. And when you’re done, click on Review and Import. Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 4 Screenshot 103
    6. In the Review Products section, click on the fields you want to change manually, or click the Pencil icon to generate text with AI.
    7. Then, click on Import to continue. Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 5 Screenshot 114
    8. That’s it! Your products have been added. Just click on the OK button to view them. Can I import the product items using a csv file into the payment field? Image 6 Screenshot 125

Here’s a breakdown of how they work:

    • CSV/Excel: Upload your file, and Jotform AI will automatically detect and map your data to the product fields. You can review, edit, or generate missing fields with AI before completing the import.
    • PDF/Image: Jotform AI will detect and extract product data for you.
    • Shopify: Export your Shopify inventory—the exported file is fully supported for direct import.

WooCommerce support will be available soon!

Thanks again for your feedback and helping us improve Jotform. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
