Thanks for reaching out to us for help. When I check your account, I see that you don't have any assets. Are you having this issue as a collaborator? If so, can you share the form link or request the form owner to send a ticket to us with the form details so we can test it on our end and escalate the issue to our Developers?
Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

Our Developers are aware of this, and they’re working on it right now. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s fixed.
