Are you trying to update the text I highlighted in the screenshot below?

If so, here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.
3. Now, edit the text that you want to update.
   

But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?

Hi Ameriabank_CJSC,

Now I can see exactly what you mean. By default, the browser title of the Thank You page can't be customized. You can customize the Thank You page content, but not the browser tab title. The only way to change the browser tab title is by redirecting the Thank You page to an external link. You can also Redirect Users After Submission to another website. Let me show you how:

1. While in the Thank You Page section, select the Redirect to An External Link After Submission option above the Thank You Page content.

2. Enter the URL address you want to redirect people to in the Enter URL section, and that's it.

Now, people will be redirected to the website you entered or another thank you page after they submit your form. Check out my screencast to see how it'll work:
