    Hi Ameriabank,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

If you have changed the title of your form but the change is not reflected when you open the form link, it is likely because the Page Title (the text that appears on the browser tab) needs to be updated separately from the form name.

Here’s how to update the Page Title so it shows correctly on the form link and browser tab:

    1. Go to My Workspace and filter to show only Forms.
    2. Hover over your form and click Edit Form.
    3. In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the top orange navigation bar.
    4. Under Form Settings, click Show More Options.
    5. Scroll down to the Page Title section and enter your desired title.
    6. Click outside the input box to save the changes.

Note that the form name and page title are different, so changing the form name alone will not update the title shown on the form link or browser tab.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ameriabank_CJSC

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
