Account: Turning off 2FA Emails

    In addition, is there a way to turn off this feature? I would like to only authenticate my account once on any given device. The email associated with this account is a business email that gets hundreds of emails in the inbox every day and is not checked regularly, so it's inconvenient to do this every day.

    Hi Veronica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily Disable the Two-Factor Authentication. Here's how it's done:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Go to the Security tab on the left side of the screen.

    4. Toggle Two-Factor Authentication to the Off position.

    5. In the pop-up menu, enter your Jotform password, and then click on Verify.

    6. Finally, click on Yes, Disable 2FA in the lower right of the last pop-up box.
