I am not able to authenticate my account (associated with the email info@bsmny.org). When I login, I get sent an authentication number, but when I type it in and click verify, nothing happens. If I try to resend another code, I don't receive it. Can you help?
In addition, is there a way to turn off this feature? I would like to only authenticate my account once on any given device. The email associated with this account is a business email that gets hundreds of emails in the inbox every day and is not checked regularly, so it's inconvenient to do this every day.
Thank you,
Veronica

According to our logs, the emails were successfully sent to info@bsmny.org. Please check your spam or junk folder. Consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Also, ensure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly. To prevent email bounce issues, please use valid, correctly formatted email addresses. Feel free to let me know if it’s still not working.

The authentication number does not work. Can I please speak to a real person?

Hi Veronica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and can confirm that your email is not on the bounce list. Looking at the email logs, I do see 2FA codes that have gone out. The codes do expire, so if the code you are entering is not valid, you can request a new one. Additionally, for more detailed steps and troubleshooting, you can visit our guides on Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
If you continue to experience difficulties, you might consider setting up SMTP with your own mail server as the sender of email to improve deliverability. You can set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as a provider. For more detailed instructions, feel free to check out our full guide here.
I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Keep us posted if you run into anything else.
