Hi,
I currently have a payment option of $0 for one type of registration for my jotform. I don't want it to say free next to the payment. How do I make the word disappear?
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Currently, Jotform automatically displays the word "Free" next to payment options set to $0, and there is no built-in setting to remove or hide this label directly within the payment integration.
If you want to avoid showing "Free," a common workaround is to set the payment amount to a very small value (e.g., $0.01) and then use conditional logic or custom text fields to explain that this option is free or has no cost. Alternatively, you can customize your form's design or use custom CSS to hide or modify the label, but this requires some advanced customization outside the standard form builder options.
If you need detailed guidance on implementing any of these workarounds, please let me know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Rosemary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Looks like that feature isn’t available just yet. I’ve passed your request along to our Developers so they can review it. Whether or not it’s developed, and when, will depend on their workload, how doable it is, and how many other users ask for it too. If/when there are any updates, we’ll update this thread so you’re the first to know. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate it.
