Samsung users unable to access account from the mobile device.

    And is there a current issue with Samsung Phones not being able to log into t he Ap as we have several Samsung users unable to access the Jotform ap at the moment.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested logging into the Jotform Mobile App on my device, and it appears to be working correctly. Can you try uninstalling the app from your phone, then reinstalling it, and check if you’re able to log in? If the difficulty persists, share a screenshot of the error message you see so we can check further. Our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows you how. Also, can you confirm if this issue is happening only on Samsung devices or if users with other mobile devices are also experiencing it?
