Forms Disappeared from the App

    Hi,


    Whilst trying to access the Ap, which doesn't seem to appear unless I use the original AP link. All the forms now appear in the Ap but I cannot get back to the list of forms I always had that I could edit etc.


    Can you please advise where they have gone?


    And is there a current issue with Samsung Phones not being able to log into t he Ap as we have several Samsung users unable to access the Jotform ap at the moment.

    To assist you better, could you please provide the asset ID, asset name, or asset URL of the forms or app you are trying to access? This will help us locate your forms and understand why you cannot see your usual list of editable forms.

    Regarding the issue with Samsung phones not being able to log into the Jotform app, could you please confirm the app version and any error messages your users are encountering? This information will help us investigate if there is a current issue affecting Samsung devices.

    Hi 50office,

    The Jotform Mobile App has now been updated with its newest layout. Viewing your account asset type, like Forms, Jotform App, etc., using your Jotform Mobile App is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your Jotform Mobile App, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top of the App.

    2. Now, select the asset type you want to view. As a sample, I selected the Form to view my form's list.

    But if you're referring to the Jotform App created in your account, I checked it, and it appears that most of the Jotform app has been deleted, while forms have been added to it. Take a look at one of your deleted Jotform Apps:

    Hi,
    We have the one AP we use which is the one that appears. I did restore al lthose Aps but it did not come back.
    What my issue is all the forms within the Ap used to site on a page when I logged in and they no longer do, so they sit within the AP but not on the page for ease of editing?
    And we still have the issue of the Samsung users not being able to log into the AP.

    Hi Christina,

    Regarding your issue with the forms within the App not appearing on the main page for easy editing, it seems that the forms are still within the App, but not displayed on the page as before. My colleague shared steps on how to view your assets, including your form, by checking a box under the Type section of your Jotform Mobile App. 

    Could you clarify if you are unable to access the forms from your Jotform Mobile App or if they are just not showing on the main dashboard? This will help us understand the exact nature of the issue. Also, just to keep everything clear, your second question’s been moved to its own thread, and someone from the Support Team has answered it. Here’s the link.

    Hi,
    The forms are not appearing on my desktop when I log in. But if I login on the Ap on my phone they are there as normal, so it appears to be an issue with the desktop.

    Hi Christina,

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Thanks for your help. Appeared we just needed to tick FORMS on the below tick box
