Also, as the creator and tester of my survey, why does that count as submissions? Because it shows I have 6 submissions, and I have not implemented my survey yet.

    Hi Rachelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about why submissions from you as the creator and tester of your survey count towards the total submissions, this is because every form submission, regardless of who submits it, is recorded as a unique entry in Jotform. This includes your own test submissions.

Each submission is assigned a unique submission ID to help with tracking and managing entries. So, even if you have not officially implemented your survey yet, the test submissions you made during creation and testing are counted as part of your total submissions.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Well can you please disregard the submissions? I deleted them and clearly they are not going to count as submissions

    Hi Rachelle,

Unfortunately, deleted submissions still count towards your monthly submission. Monthly submission limits are the total number of submissions that you get from all your forms in a month. Your monthly limits reset every 19th of the month at 12 AM EST. Let me show you where to find your current account usage:

    1. On your Workspace page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. Click on the View All. From there, you'll be able to see your current account usage. As the creator and tester of my survey, why does that count as submissions Image 1 Screenshot 40

Let me show you where to find your monthly reset schedule:

    1. On your Workspace page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
    2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu tab.As the creator and tester of my survey, why does that count as submissions Image 2 Screenshot 51
    3. Select Usage from the left side window. From there, you'll be able to see your monthly reset schedule and your current account usage. As the creator and tester of my survey, why does that count as submissions Image 3 Screenshot 62

To learn more about account usage, you can check our guide on Understanding Account Usage and Limits. For a quick breakdown of the limits for each plan, you can visit the Features and Pricing page.
