Hello,
If my workflow is aligned/built and operating correctly, I should not need several QR codes for each survey I want a participant to fill out. Correct?
Also, the pause button means that the survey will be sent to the participants after the assigned time frame, correct?

Hi Rachelle,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If your Workflow is properly aligned and operating correctly, you don't need several QR codes for each survey. You can just get the QR Code of your main form, which is the Patient Informed Consent form, and share it with the users. After a user fills out the first form, and if the IF/Else condition is met, the second form will be sent to the user automatically, as with the third and fourth forms. Let me show you how to get the QR Code of your form:
- In Smart PDF Forms, click on Publish on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
- From the Quick Share section, click on the QR Code under Share Form.
- Click on the Download button and manually send it to users or the Copy Code button if you want to embed it on your website.
As for the Pause button in the Workflow, it means that the survey or form will be sent to participants after the assigned time frame you have set. This allows you to control when participants receive the survey based on your scheduling preferences. To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other questions to their own threads, and someone from our Support Team will help you with them here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
