Enabling PDF attachments in Notification Emails

When the form gets submitted, the auto-responder and email to the user should get the complete form submission, QR code, and PDF as attachments.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Autoresponder Emails that are sent to the form fillers already include the submission data, QR code, and PDF output as attachments. On the other hand, the Notification Emails, which are the ones sent to you, have no PDF attachment. Let me walk you through how to enable the PDF attachment for the Notification Emails in Form Builder:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the screen, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and then click on Edit.
4. Next, click on the Advanced tab on the upper-right side of the page.
5. Toggle On the Attach PDF option, and check the box next to the PDF you want to attach.
6. Finally, click on Save.
