How to allow the user to submit the form regardless of the page?

This was our first attempt at doing 360 Degree reviews. We had person A fill out the first page, hit next, then save and provide the link to the next person to fill out. While simple in theory, did not work out very well. Is there a better way to design this form so that it can be shared and completed? Here is what I would like to accomplish:

Want a review form that can be filled out for a person being reviewed. Said person will be reviewed by each of their team members along with their manager. I want to keep all reviews under the same form so that all submissions for one individual are together. I do not want any team members to be able to see what others put either.

I know how to use conditional logic and so on, but I can't seem to come up with a better solution than how I have it set already. I'll be redesigning so the pages change based on position to better review managers compared to day-to-day team members and so on but unsure how to create the best submission flow. Our employee count varies store to store too so I had to create 15 same pages within the form so that it fit all locations. But is there a way to also make the form to where it can be submitted regardless of getting to the last page? i.e. Store A has 6 team members so should only have to go through 6 pages and store B has 11 and should have 11 pages. Hope that makes sense.

Look forward to your response and thanks for the help. Happy to answer any questions.

    Hi Escapology_jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and do not see any conditions set up yet. If you do not want to hide any of the pages, you do have the option to add multiple submit buttons in the form. For example, if the user only needs to access until Page 14, you can add the Submit button in Page 14. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.

    2. Scroll down and locate the Submit button, then drag it to your form.

Noted. The bigger issue is the process.

Saving then sharing a link did not work out really well. Considering what we are trying to do, is there a better way to set up the submission process? To my understanding, if each team member submitted the form once done, then another team member could not access the same form and continue filling out.

    Hi Escapology_jeff,

To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question on allowing other user to access a saved draft link to its own thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
