Disable Podo AI Agent

Vishvakumar, since you mentioned other user requests being a factor I just wanted to chime in that I also hate the chatbot pop up. My whole team complains about it getting in the way and preventing us from clicking what we are trying to access. Since there is an existing option to permanently disable the religious org pop-up it seems like it should be an easy fix.
