The other issue is not being able to access all forms created on the mobile app under my account. When someone submits a request my pending approvals is empty. I have to go to my laptop and back door it to approve the request.
This is a problem since 75% of my work is completed on my phone due to work requirements in the field.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform submissions do not immediately show on the mobile app. As a workaround, you can first sync before checking the inbox for approval. I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.
2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.
If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings.
