Workflow: Prevent Integration to Bypass Approval process

Hello, we created a work flow management form. The approval is being bypassed and auto dumping on a calendar, which is the end result but we need to approve requests first.
also, I invited a new user with all permissions but the work flow items are not showing up to him.
thoughts?

Hi Warren,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding the approval process being bypassed (calendar auto-populating). At the moment, the calendar integration is connected on the form builder side, which means it runs as soon as the form is submitted. The integration doesn’t wait for the approval step—that's why it looks like the request is bypassing approvals. To fix this:
Remove the calendar integration from the form builder.
Open the Approval Flow and add an Integration element on the Approved path.
Connect your calendar there.
This way, only approved requests are added to the calendar. Rejected requests won’t push through. Let me show you how to remove the integration from the form builder page.
In Form Builder, click on Settings.
In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations then select Outlook Calendar.
Then, click on the Three Dots icon, you can select Delete Action or Disable Action.
If you selected Delete Action, in the window that opens, click Yes, Delete.
I checked your workflow, and you’re already using the correct setup. The Outlook Calendar integration is placed after the Approval step, which means events will only be added once a request has been approved. This prevents submissions from bypassing the approval and going directly to the calendar. The only thing left is to finish configuring the calendar settings (you’ll see the Complete Settings notice in the workflow). Once that’s done, the process will work as intended.
To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question to its own thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.
Let us know how it turns out.

Mary,
Thank you for your response. I was playing around and think I figured out the issue within the calendar settings regarding some check boxes, and although I don’t remember exactly what they said right now it seems to have fixed the issue.
The other issue is not being able to access all forms created on the mobile app under my account. When someone submits a request my pending approvals is empty. I have to go to my laptop and back door it to approve the request.
This is a problem since 75% of my work is completed on my phone due to work requirements in the field.
