Greg_PerettiAsked on September 17, 2025 at 9:54 AMSecond, I'm trying to determine how to handle two pieces of knowledge on my chatbot. My site has two calendars (event calendar and lapidary calendar). I'm trying to determine how I can phrase my knowledge so that if someone is looking for one and not the other, only that one appears. The event calendar is not called that exactly (just calendar).

Hi Greg,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help your chatbot distinguish between the two calendars, you'll want to phrase the knowledge in a way that makes the context clear. For example:
- Event Calendar: When someone asks about upcoming events or the general calendar, direct them to the Event Calendar link.
- Lapidary Calendar: When someone asks specifically about lapidary schedules, classes, or the lapidary calendar, direct them to the Lapidary Calendar link.
This way, if a user just says calendar, the chatbot defaults to the general Event Calendar, but if they include the word lapidary, it routes to the Lapidary Calendar instead. You can easily set up your AI Agent to answer using a Knowledge Base content. Let me show you how:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Actions.
3. Set up the Actions like you see below and click on Save:
Check out the screenshot below to see how it'll work:
