The first thing is on a web app. I would like to use the iframe, but the content I place in the iframe does not fill the screen widthwise. Is there a way to make the iframe go to 100 percent in width?
Second, I'm trying to determine how to handle two pieces of knowledge on my chatbot. My site has two calendars (event calendar and lapidary calendar). I'm trying to determine how I can phrase my knowledge so that if someone is looking for one and not the other, only that one appears. The event calendar is not called that exactly (just calendar).Page URL: https://agmc.info -

Hi Greg_Peretti,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your website but could not see you have any form or app embedded on your webpage. Can you take a screenshot of the section and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Here is the link on a PC, in which it is showing full width: https://www.jotform.com/app/252534514349155/page/99
However, on my phone it is not full width. I don't see an upload file option here, so here is a Google link: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Etmhsc77bnqBnL398

Hi Greg,
Currently, Jotform Apps doesn’t have native settings or Custom CSS to adjust the width of the iframe widget where your form is embedded. The iframe automatically adapts to the app’s layout, so its width can’t be changed directly. As a workaround, you can try adjusting the margin and padding of the embedded form itself so it appears more centered and balanced within the iframe.

In this case, I'm trying to embed a Forminator form on a page.
I could use a Jotform form, however when I do, it just creates a link to the form, which then requires another click (fill out form). Is there a way for the actual form to display immediately instead of having two, in my opinion, pointless clicks?

Hi Greg,
When embedding a Jotform form into your website or app, the recommended option is the JavaScript embed method. This approach loads the form directly on the page, so it appears instantly without requiring an extra click. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the first option which is the JavaScript, and click on Copy Code.
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

OK, now how do I embed the javascript onto a page in my Jotform web app?

Hi Greg,
To clarify my earlier point, Jotform’s source code embed method primarily consists of HTML along with embedded JavaScript. Using this method allows the form to be fully integrated and displayed directly on your webpage. Said that, when it comes to Jotform Apps, the environment does not provide a way to embed custom JavaScript or source code directly. This limitation exists due to security and compatibility considerations within the app builder, which restricts the use of external or custom code.
