Hi amaraqar,
Thanks for using Jotform. People can’t see their own submissions directly on your website, but you can embed your form using Assign Link. This way, people who fill out your form will be assigned and asked to log in to Jotform, where they can view their submissions and edit their responses. First, let me show you how to find the Assign Link:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Assign Form.
3. In the Assign With Link section, click on Settings.
4. Select Submit & Edit Later in Permissions.
5. Click on the X icon at the top right of the Settings window.
6. Now, click on the Copy Link button, then use the copied link to add your form to your website.
When people try to fill out your form now, they’ll be asked to log in to Jotform:
After logging in, they’ll fill out the form with their account, and their submissions will be visible in their Workspace Sent tab. Let me show you how they can edit their answer there:
1. On your My Workspace, in the menu on the left click on Sent.
2. Hover your mouse over the form you want to edit and click on View Submissions.
3. In Sentbox, select the submission you want to edit.
4. In the upper-right side of the page, click on Edit.
Now, people will be able to edit and update their own submissions. When they’re done, they just need to click on Submit, the same as sending a new submission.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello,
This will create a new UI environment and experience for our users, not sure how they will feel about it, plus other challenges. We prefer to keep them on our domain.
We plan to add a payment gateway down the line to access the forms and need to manage user's data as well.
How will that affect the experience?
Is there a way to do so?
Thank you.

Hi amaraqar,
For the users to access their submissions, you can either follow the steps that my colleague provided on this thread, or share the Inbox and the Jotform Tables of the account. Let me show you how to set that up:
1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Settings.
3. Scroll down the list and click on Collaborator in the Permissions section, and then click on Go Back.
4. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Create Link to share your Inbox page by sending the link, or use the Invite By Email option.
You can also add the Edit Link to the Autoresponder Email and use that. Then, people can just click on the Edit Link to edit their submission. Here’s all you need to do:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content section, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content section.
1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.
3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:
1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.
2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.
3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.
4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.
Also, viewing and managing your submissions is easy. Here’s what to do:
- On your My Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
- Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.
Finally, if you want to have your own domain, you'll have to upgrade your account to the Enterprise plan. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
- Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

To set up a custom domain for accessing submissions and managing accounts, you'll need a Jotform Enterprise plan. This plan allows you to:
- Use your own domain: Create custom URLs for your forms and admin dashboard (e.g., forms.yourcompanydomain.com) Jotform
- Add DNS records: Configure DNS settings to point your domain to Jotform's servers
- White-label the experience: Remove Jotform branding and customize the user interface to match your company's branding Jotform
- Manage user access: Control permissions and access levels for team members Jotform
If you're interested in this feature, consider reaching out to Jotform's sales team for more information on the Enterprise plan.

Hello,
We really appreciate your support and love the platform.
However, moving users from our website to another to will create a difficulty which we rather not to get.
Users's full experience must remain on our website. Forms' hosting, data storage, like users' CRM info., the parts the user "does not see" can be stored elsewhere.
If there's no way around it, we will have to drop the Jotform platform.
Regards,

Hi amaraqar,
Thank you for your continued feedback. We clearly understand that your priority is to keep the entire user experience on your own website domain, while managing form submissions and user data securely behind the scenes. For that, the Jotform Enterprise plan is the recommended solution for now. Feel free to look into it.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
