    Hello,

We would like to create an account registration page to give access to our cost calculation form.

The registered user will be able to fill a form save it, edited multiple times through their account.

A user may print and share. There will be long and short versions. The user can choose which one to use at the registration stage or later.

There is no submission copy for us.

Please see the form (click the link). We can separate the registration page (1st. page).

    Kindly advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi BandarX,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

We have created the account registration page you requested, which allows users to register and access your cost calculation form. Users can save their progress, edit the form multiple times, print, and share it. The form also includes options for long and short versions that users can select either during registration or later. There is no submission copy sent to you as the admin.

You can access the form here: Account Registration and Cost Calculation Form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi BandarX,

We’ve created the account registration page you requested, which allows users to register and access your cost calculation form. Users can save their progress, return to edit the form multiple times, print, and share it as needed. The form also offers both long and short versions, which users can choose either during registration or later. You can access the form here: Account Registration and Cost Calculation Form.

Note that no submission copy is automatically sent to you as the admin. Nevertheless, you can clone the form to adjust the layout and settings according to your requirements. Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.

    2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.

    3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hello,

How to link the short and long options in the registration page to the selected (different) form, please? Right there's a different page logic.

Where does the users's account page resides on our website? How do we set it up, please?

We did not understand how "Cloning an Existing Form From a URL" works.

    Thank you.

    Hi bandarx69,

We’ve shared with you the Account Registration and Cost Calculation Form that you can clone and then edit according to your requirements. Once you clone it, you’ll be able to adjust the layout, fields, and logic as needed.

About your question on linking the short and long options in the registration page, can you explain a bit more about what you’re trying to achieve? Do you mean you’d like users to choose either a short version or long version of a form, and then be redirected to a different form based on that choice?

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.

    Hello,

Three forms are ready (Registrations, short and long forms).

We think we have figured out to use the workflow (see image) to direct the user after making a selection a the registration page.

Upon trial however, the register button directs to the Thank you page, not the selected option.

    What did we miss?

    You may try it here:

    Hi bandarx69,

Do you mean that if the user selects short or long form in the registration form, they will be redirected to that form? If so, you can set up conditional logic to redirect the thank you page to the selected form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

    3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Change Thank You Page.

    4. Set the conditions like you see below:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Wow! Thank you. The more I use Jotform, the more I love it!

One not. The form's url shows Jotform. Is it possible to replace with our company's?

Now for the step to create a user's account page on our website where they have access to submitted forms and can modify/delete their account, please.

    Thank you.
