    Also, I have another concern, how can I generate a report in Jotform that would show the approval signature?

    Hi info38_email_info,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To generate a report that shows the approval signature in Jotform, you can use the Flow Report element in Jotform Workflows. But, when I checked your Workflow, your set up is not yet done and there are a lot of elements that are not in used.

    A Flow Report element allows you to visualize and track the progress of your approval processes. When you add a workflow to a form and the submissions are processed, the flow status will appear in Jotform Tables, enabling you to see the current stage, actions taken, and pending tasks for each request. 

    This report will include details of the approval process, including who approved or denied the request and any signatures captured. The report can be sent via email to you or any designated recipient. Here's how to add it:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element from the upper-left corner.

    2. In Workflow Elements, drag and drop the Flow Report. Since you have three Outcomes, you'd have to add three Flow Reports.

    3. Connect the Flow Report to the Approval element.

    4. Click on the Flow Report Gear icon.

    5. In Flow Report Properties, go to Recipient Email Address and add the recipient's email, or dynamically add the recipient using the Form Fields.

    6. Go to Flow Report section, and then click on Settings.

    7. In Report Settings, customize the Report as much as possible to capture the Approvals input.

    8. Next, go to Flow Report Email and click on Edit.

    9. On the Email Content, click on the Approval Fields.

    10. Add every Approval Fields needed on the Email Notification, and then click on Save.

    Make sure to properly configure your Workflow before adding the Flow Report.

    Hi! Let me elaborate what I wanted to achieve.

    I want to create a report in a single file, may it be PDF or Excel that will show the following:

    Submission date

    Approval Status

    approval history (name of the approver, signature, date)

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to customize the Approval Activity History or combine everything into a single file. While you can generate a report that includes the submission date, name, signature, and date, there isn’t a workaround to also add the Approval Status in the PDF Editor. As my colleague Mark mentioned, an alternative, you can use the Flow Report element in Jotform Workflows.
