I already removed the logo and added it in the form, but it's still showing, need help.

Hi info38_email_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
2. Now, in the Form Designer menu, click on the Advanced designer button.
3. Under the Design tab, go to Form Logo section and then upload an image.
4. Click on Save button on the upper-left side of the page, and then click on Go back.
5. Now, in Form Logo section, click on Remove.
6. Click on Save button on the upper-left side of the page, and then click on Go back.
7. Click on Jotform logo to go back to Form Builder.
That's it. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:
