Does my form load correctly upon sharing?

    Hello,

    Please answer the following regarding my Jotform account:

    1. Is my form (https://www.jotform.com/build/252505346149053) configured to function correctly upon sharing?
    2. What is the maximum number of people (vendors) that can submit this form on my current plan? Is there a hard cap?
