How to disable the Jotform Sign complete email notification?

    How do i disable a second notification from coming into my inbox, and what are the benefits to keeping it on?

    Hi Felix,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid there is no option to turn off the Jotform Sign Email that your document was signed successfully. If you would like to disable it, you can disable Jotform Sign Automation as a whole in your form. This means that you can still collect signatures in your form, but it is no longer considered a legal document. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, scroll down and select your Signature field.

    2. Click on the Pen icon to open Jotform Sign.

    3. Toggle on the On button, which will now turn Off Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

    How do I change the redirected name of the jotform PDF (6332595854635661227) to the business name that my clients apply under on the application? I need the name corrected so we can keep track of the clients, instead of having a bunch of numbers tagged as the PDF name. How to disable the Jotform Sign complete email notification?
