Built-in SMS support in Jotform vs external providers

Does Jotform offer a built-in SMS option, or would I need to connect an external provider (Twilio, Telnyx, etc.)?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform does not currently offer built-in SMS functionality. If you’d like to send text messages to your users, you’ll need to connect Jotform with an external SMS provider such as Twilio, Telnyx, or a similar service. This can typically be done using webhooks, integrations through Zapier or Make, or custom API connections.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
