How do I make a different forms with the same exact items? Is there A duplicate button

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to Duplicate your Existing Forms so you don't have to build it from scratch. Let me show you how:

1. In My Workspace page, select the form you want to duplicate and click More.
2. Under Forms section, select Clone. That's it.

After cloning your form, it will open in Form Builder automatically. You can now edit it the way you want and publish it.
