Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
1. Clone your board to create a separate copy for each client.
2. Share each cloned board privately with the respective client using the board's sharing options, ensuring only they have access.
3. This way, each client can work on their own cards without others, including you, seeing their work.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Jotform Support

Hi Kevin,
If you want to share the boards to each client without them seeing each other's work, you'll have to create a separate board for each of them. Then you can share the link to the Boards. Let me show you how:
In your Boards, click the Share button at the top.
You can Create a Link, then Copy Link and share it to your clients.
You can also Invite them by Email, then Send Invitation.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Kev,
While the feature you're looking for cloing the boards isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Kev,
To ensure that only your client can see their board and that even you cannot see their work, you need to create a separate board for each client and share it privately with them. Like what was mentioned above, share the board privately by inviting only that specific client via email or by sharing a private link that only they can access.
Do not share the board with yourself or any other users, so you will not have access to their work. Currently, Jotform does not have a feature to hide the board owner’s access, so the only way to prevent yourself from seeing the client’s work is to avoid sharing the board with your own account. This setup ensures complete privacy for each client’s board and their work.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Mark
Thanks
Does that mean if i musnt share it from my account to achieve the privacy for my clients work on the board -means -e have to open a seperate account for the client to work on a board privately
Is that correct

Hi Kev,
Since you are the board owner, you will inherently have access to the boards you create. To achieve complete privacy where even you cannot see the client's work, each client would need to have their own separate Jotform account to work on their board privately. This means that yes, for full privacy, you would need to have separate accounts for your clients to access their boards independently.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
